Braised Pork Cheeks with Miso and Mash
Slow-cooked pork cheek marinated with house blend espresso and white miso; served with seasonal veggies and creamy mashed potato.

- Mash Potato about 150g
- White Miso Sauce
- Baby Spinach, Fennel Slices
- Minced Garlic, Butter
- 豬臉頰 兩塊
- 薯蓉 約150克
- 白味噌醬
- 菠菜苗,茴香片
- 蒜蓉,黃油
- Add pork cheeks into a pan, stir and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add mash potato into a pan, stir and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add miso sauce, baby spinach & Fennel Slices into a pan, stir and cook for 2 minutes.
- Garnish and serve.
- 將豬臉頰放入鍋中,攪拌煮2分鐘。
- 將土豆泥放入鍋中,攪拌煮2分鐘。
- 將味噌醬,菠菜苗和茴香片放入鍋中,攪拌並煮2分鐘。
